" When we decided to return home to the Saint John area and open Papadopsmiles Orthodontics, we had to ask ourselves 'What kind of orthodontic clinic do we want to be?'. This goes beyond straightening teeth.

Much thought went into (and continues to go into) the way we choose to provide orthodontic treatment and the impact we want to have on our patients' lives. Each of our patients is a unique person, and not just a set of teeth to straighten.

The office culture we cultivate is one of teamwork, trust, compassion and community. We believe that building a genuine relationship with our patients is just as important as the final result of your new smile. Growing up in Saint John and the Kennebecasis Valley, we understand the 'small town feel' of our community, and work to ensure that each patient feels like family. We strive to establish an amazing patient experience from the time our patients call our clinic to the time they complete their orthodontic treatment with us. Going the 'extra mile' is not something we sometimes do; it is something we always do.

We want you to not only leave our clinic with a smile you can be proud of, but also want you to enjoy coming to your appointments and seeing our team. We encourage parents to come along with their children into the treatment area (if they desire) where they can be updated on progress, oral hygiene, and other aspects of their child's treatment. Additionally, I will be present at every appointment so that it gives patients and family members an opportunity to ask questions and establish an open line of communication from your very first visit to your last.

In addition to creating smiles in our community, we believe it is important to give back. We are extremely proud to be back home and be part of the Saint John area and will do our best to make a difference for those around us, especially with the youth. Only New Brunswick Orthodontist with Pediatric Residency

Dr. Papadopoulos is the only orthodontist in New Brunswick with accredited pediatric general practice residency training (Pediatric GPR). Dr. Papadopoulos was selected into the one position at BC Children's Hospital treating children with Special Needs and children staying at the hospital. He was also the main dentist on-call and handled many pediatric dental emergencies including trauma and infections. His bedside manner and experience with children is second to none.

We understand the importance of children not missing school or you missing work, so we have designed our schedule to accommodate you and your busy schedule. We are available to you full-time 5 days a week and offer early morning and after-school appointments for your convenience.

We want to ensure that you understand every aspect of your orthodontic treatment in a comfortable environment and in a language you're most comfortable with. As such, we are proud to be able to communicate with you in either of our province's two official languages- English and French (whichever you prefer).

In addition to complimentary consultations, we offer flexible, extended financing at 0% interest with low monthly payments. Our down-payment options are also very reasonable and we are happy to work with you so that finances do not get in the way of you or your family receiving orthodontic treatment from a specialist. We are here to help and we will not let finances get in the way of you achieving a beautiful smile.

We are located in the heart of Quispamsis and neither our doctor nor our staff travel to other locations or clinics. We offer consistent availability and scheduling to ensure that we work around your schedule and that you don't need to work around ours. Additionally we are available via text, phone, email, and virtual consults through our website.

Dr. Papadopoulos was born in Saint John, grew up in Quispamsis, and attended both Kennebecasis Valley High School and UNB Saint John. Supporting the Youth of Our Community

Growing up in the Kennebecasis Valley, Dr. Papadopoulos has played sports in the same gyms and acted on the same stages as the current youth in our community. From coaching Special Olympics soccer for the Fundy team and team New Brunswick to being involved with Smiles4Canada and KV Players, Dr. Papadopoulos is ecstatic to be back home and continue his involvement in supporting grassroots initiatives within Saint John and the Kennebecasis Valley.

So far, we have donated to charitable causes throughout the Quispamsis and Saint John region, including the KV Oasis Youth Centre and Romero House among others. We are also happy to support community activities such as free swims at the Q-Plex pool, "Movie Night in the Park" at the Town of Quispamsis, fundraisers at elementary schools, and are a supporter/sponsor of KV Minor Hockey.

A Leader in the profession: Smiles4Canada

Dr. Papadopoulos is the Atlantic Regional Chair of Smiles4Canada, a national not-for-profit organization that helps children receive free orthodontic care when their families are not able to financially afford treatment. The program has helped more than 100 Maritime families across Atlantic Canada receive complimentary orthodontic care at no cost.

Additionally, Dr. Papadopoulos serves as the president of the Atlantic Orthodontists' Association, and is an advocate for oral health at the national level in both Canada and the United States. He serves on various committees of the Canadian Association of Orthodontists and serves as a board member on the Council of Orthodontic Healthcare at the American Association of Orthodontists.
